I cannot recommend WCU Housing highly enough!! Neill is great to work with and usually takes care of any issues (of which I've had maybe two in the one year I have lived here) within a few hours of having them reported to him. He also really works hard to make sure students living here have a positive experience at 534 S. High and want to continue to live here. The apartments are gorgeous and very spacious, and the building is beautiful! The property is very well maintained and the apartments are well taken care of between tenants. The other tenants here are very quiet and the building is very peaceful, even on Thursday and Friday nights. Again, if you are thinking of living off campus at WCU, I highly recommend applying here!

I had the pleasure of meeting Neill, initially by text and then in person to see the available Unit at 534 S. High Street. Looking for an apartment to rent for my son (one that is clean, updated, having an attentive and responsible landlord) has been a daunting task! My husband and I are thrilled that we found this property!  Neill’s communication has been quick, and he has been very accommodating in scheduling the meetings with myself, my husband and my son. The property is not only well-maintained and in great condition, but he also took the time to get to know us and answer any questions that we had.  We truly appreciated Neil’s professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to providing excellent service. Neill has been a pleasure to work with. His responsiveness to the rental availability was on par. We messaged and he quickly arranged a viewing of the apartment. The apartment was clean and in great condition. Looking forward to having my daughter spend her senior year in this location.
