Estimates for single unit apartments – PECO bill averages $45 during summer months and $60 during winter months. Please note, these are estimates provided by other students and preference for heating and cooling temperatures may vary. All units have electric baseboard heat and 1k watt AC units / window units. Always good to budget more depending on the type of winter we have. Also, first floor units will tend to be more expensive to heat, especially unit 3 with high ceilings and multiple entrances and windows.
